• Construction : Heavily fabricated with streamlined appearance, suitably stiffened at points of stress. The transformer is mounted directly on to the body and the bearings for the arm are provided in the same.The pitch distance between the electrodes is adjustable via mounting of the Cylinders on a U-Type Channel. For 1,2,3 or 4 simultaneous weld configurability, 4-Solenoid valves with ON/OFF switches are provided and can be switched as per job requirement
• Cooling System: Electrodes, Electrode holders secondary water cooled, water required to be free from residue forming impurities and at a temperature of less than 30* C or 85* F. If water temperature is higher, increased water flow is required.
• Electrodes: Four pair Morse Taper II straight electrodes supplied as standard with the machine, Other types available on request.
• Adjustment of Electrode Force : By means of Air Pressure. The force is adjustable and gives a constant force from 1-5 Kg Cm!by Pneumatic Cylinder, adjusted by Regulating Valve.

Adjustment of Electrode Force : Pressure on the Job obtained by means of heavy spring on the pressure rod at the back of the machine. Adjustment of Electrode Force by means of a calibrated nut. Force is adjustable and gives a constant force from 100 - 200 kgf. with 30 kgf. applied on the foot pedal.

Adjustment of Electrode Stroke: By vertical adjustment of electrode holder.

Current Control: Current Control by means of 6 tap change links between 50% and 100%

Weld Initiation: By means of mechanically coupled foot pedal switch which initiates the weld only after preset pressure is built.

• Construction : All machine components fitted on a 900mmx450mmx750mm (36" x 18" x 30") wooden topped steel table. Ruggedly designed welding head carrying the upper and lower electrode arms and spring control mechanism fitted on the table. Air cooled Transformer, timer and primary contactor housed in an attractively finished sheet metal steel box mounted on the rear side of the table. Connections from transformer output terminates to the welding head by means of a path of heavy duty cables. Specially designed low leakage reactance, air cooled transformer having specially insulated coils

• Adjustment of Electrode Stroke: Adjustment of electrode stroke by vertical adjustment of electrode holders. Adjustment of Electrode Force by air pressure regulating valve provide. Upper electrode actuated via a quick follow through device by a heavy duty two-way pneumatic cylinder, controlled by a electrically operated 4-way solenoid valve. Compressed air at 15 to 80 psi (1.06 - 5.62 kgs/cm2) acting on the pneumatic cylinder provides the necessary electrode force.
• Cooling System: Electrodes, Electrode holders secondary water cooled, water required to be free from residue forming impurities and at a temperature of less than 30* C or 85* F. If water temperature is higher, increased water flow is required.
• Current Control: Current Control by Transformer Taps. Welding Transformer primary winding provided with taps to allow adjustment of welding current in 6 steps from 55% to 100%

Machine provided with air filter, air lubricator, air pressure regulating valve with gauge throttle valve to prevent the initial impact on electrode closing and all internal air connections
