Product Functionality: Portable Hand Operated Spot Welders are designed for extraordinary versatility and are designed for various uses where the job cannot be taken to the welding machines like in metal fabrication shops, manufacturing of automobile bodies and sub-assemblies.

Applications Include: Spot welding, electro-brazing, cross wire welding,etc.The machines are also capable of welding stainless steel, brass, phosphor, bronze, alloy steels, etc. Specific details can be had on request.

Construction: The portable spot gun is ruggedly fabricated with streamlined appearance, suitably stiffened at points of stress. Designed with an air cooled integrated transformer structured for low impedance with immense short circuit current, accurate cooling and padding along with winding impregnation to strengthen reliability and service life. The transformer is mounted directly on to the body and the bearings for the arm are provided in the same.

Adjustment of Electrode Force: Via Adjustment of electrode stroke via adjustable mechanical joint provided in the machine.

Weld Initiation: Weld Initiation by means of Hand Operated Limit Switch. Simple Lever Function - To perform welding applications, simply apply pressure and press down on the lever. Gun is designed for maximum flexibility to produce high pressure on electrodes with minimum user force
